Flamingo København

Favorite kebab place… always coming back to this OG. It tastes just spot on. Tried another biks on Nørrebro a few days ago, just to try something different. Regretted it a lot, because it didn't taste nearly as good as Flamingo 🥲

Excellent durum you get here at Flamingo. The flavors are good and they are kind enough to fill it well.

Systematized durum (kebab) review. 21 points in total. Durum cost 60 kr. If you come at lunchtime, you get a free glass of ice-cold (raspberry?) juice. The bread (0-3 points): 2 points (very standard bread, would have given more points if it was homemade or had a few burn marks). The salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion), 0-2 points: 1.5 points (there was a good amount, but the onion pieces were far too large. They should be cut into small thin slices, see picture 3) Some free extra accessories (e.g. red cabbage, hummus, taboula), 0-1 points: 0 points The meat (0-5 points): 4 points (the meat is excellently seasoned and has a good consistency (I'm betting it's Mina kebab). I miss the meat being juicier and having more of a barbecue flavor). The chili (0-2 points): 2 points (there are two types; chili ketchup and regular chili. Both have really nice strength and excellent taste). The dressing (0-2 points): 2 points (good standard creme fraiche) The quantity / how full you were (0-2 points): 1 point (there is too little meat in it, see picture 2) Service (0-1 point): 1 point (friendly and fast) The price (0-3 points, where 3 points are 30-40 kr., 2.5 points are 40-50 kr., 2 points are 50-60 kr., 1.5 points are 60-70 kr., 1 point is over 70 kr.): 2 points 16.5/21 points = 3.9 stars —> rounds up to 4 stars out of 5.

delicious kebab! only durum could be more burn with toaster but still was very good
