Overall, the location was great, and the breakfast was good. However, the room was not air conditioned . The room was an oven, and the bad on the terrace played until about midnight making sleep impossible.

10/12/2025: Great place, and is on my list of places to visit every year we are in Skagen. Been coming there since they opened as McCurdies.

Pier2 Grill og Ishus

25/05/2026: We enjoy their ice cream cones. My favorites are hazelnut ice cream and postage. The consistency is delicious. Pier2 is located at Sæby harbor and on Friday the wind was so gentle that we could sit outside and eat. You can drive by car and park in front of Pier2. There is also the option to sit inside.
23/05/2026: Small but charming grill hut right by the harbor. Very tasty burgers and fish dishes.
