The finest local joint dining concept. Today, Sunday, was vegetarian day. Delicious soup and salad and the nicest bread. Looking forward to the next time

7 people at a table, everyone pitched in to bring food and return plates. I showed up without a ticket but thankfully no shows allowed me the opportunity to snag a seat. Everyone was excellent and friendly and ended up making some solid connections at my group. You won't leave hungry. I feel super fortunate to have had this experience and really appreciate those that made it happen.

Amazing place to chill, work, read, eat. I went 2 days in a row, tried the food that was vegan and amazing 👏 I could chill and rest as well as work a bit the next day. They organize events and its family and kid friendly, saw lots of families hanging around. There was a very nice vintage market as well.

But be warned: seats disappear faster than dessert at a family feast. Book waaaay in advance, or you’ll be left outside, nose pressed to the glass, dreaming of what could have been.

Charming spot for simple (but excellent) breakfast fare with a strong focus on family and community.

El Absalon Hotel goza de una ubicación ideal a pocos pasos de la estación de tren y metro y también a pocos pasos de tiendas y Trivoli. Las habitaciones son peculiares en el buen sentido. No demasiado espacioso pero encantador bed and bathroom. Bien cuidado y limpio. El desayuno era de estilo continental y la zona de bares por las noches era encantador y bastante bien de precio también. El hotel es bastante verde, lo que significa que proporcionan llaves reutilizables de madera y tarjetas de regalo para el uso del hotel si se salta un día de servicio de habitaciones reduciendo el lavado, etc.

Nos alojamos por 6 noches y el hotel y el servicio es de primera clase. A 2 minutos a pie (seguro) de la estación central, con un montón de bares y restaurantes en un radio de 15 minutos. Todo el mundo era tan amable y servicial y las habitaciones a un nivel muy alto.
