Restaurant Fontana is without a doubt one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever visited. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by a warm and authentic Italian atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. The food was nothing short of sublime – full of flavour, love and a clear respect for Italian cuisine. Everything was perfectly cooked, fresh and beautifully presented. The service deserves a special huge compliment, and the waiter Shamer in particular must be highlighted. Shamer is a young man with an incredibly high level of service, a big smile and a natural ability to make guests feel seen and pampered. He was attentive, professional, friendly and had complete control over both the menu and recommendations. You can clearly feel that he is passionate about his work – it made the whole experience even better. The combination of fantastic food, cozy atmosphere and first-class service makes Fontana a place you simply have to visit again and again. A big thank you to the entire team – and especially to Shamer – for an unforgettable evening.

Tastes amazing and really good atmosphere

A truly delicious experience! The stone oven pizza was crispy and full of flavour, the pasta was perfectly cooked and the salads were fresh and tasty. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back.

I have now eaten at Fontana Di Trevi four times, and I am very satisfied with this place. They have a narrow focus on primarily pizza and pasta, plus various appetizers and sandwiches. It is located right in Smørhullet on Søborg Hovedgade where the urban renewal has not completely destroyed the business community like further down the street. The classic pizza is excellent, and they make a lovely margarita and quattro stagioni, but there are also many other modern varieties on the menu. I have experienced getting a pizza where the tomato sauce tasted of puree and the base was baked just the slightest bit, which was a bit of a disappointment compared to the other hits I have eaten. Of the pasta, I have tried Fettuccine Al Tartufo and it was delicious. Crispy bread is served with it. They also have a selection of Italian wines, three of which can be purchased by the glass. They have Italian beers and really good Italian sodas. Try their Galvanina with orange. I haven't tried their desserts yet, but they also have a small selection here, including homemade tiramisu - so I expect them to be good too., I've tried pizza as a takeaway twice, and it works really well. The pizza baker delivers every single pizza in the best quality. We ordered 15 pizzas in the store and got them in about 15 minutes. They still arrive home crispy, and completely without condensation, which could be a coincidence, but I'm happy about it. A trip to the oven the next day with the leftovers gives an excellent result. The staff is helpful, they all seem happy to be there. It really lifts the mood. The place also seems popular on weekdays, so you should probably expect to have to book a table. The atmosphere is lively, as there are many people who pick up. Some of the tables are also very close to each other, so it can feel a bit cramped on evenings with many guests. Still, I think it's a gem on Søborg Hovedgade. In all of Søborg I would say. And Buddinge. Lyngby. In fact also the upper part of the Northwest. And it's only a 5 minute walk to the Ice Cream Parlor if you prefer soft ice cream rather than tiramisu.

Best pizza in a long time, and I'd love to come back.

149,- for a pizza that is not even organic is just pushing it. It tasted absolutely fantastic though. Hence 4 stars.

Really cozy. The food tastes really good and is clearly made with good ingredients. The service is good and the people here are very friendly. Really good experience.

I got a delicious Italian sandwich from there - A number 75. Highly recommended, and at a very fair price. The pizzas are also really good.

Damn it's delicious. Love their napoletana with anchovies and olives. Make sure to book a table as it's often full.
