Having experienced over 50 Michelin star restaurants around the world, including one, two, and three stars, I am giving this restaurant 3 out of 5 stars for just two reasons. Two of the dishes flat out missed on their tasing menu. I had to send the roasted duroc pork back, as it was too chewy and inedible, and the turbot lacked flavor. The other reason for the three stars is because the price does not represent a good value for the amount of food and quality of the dishes. If this was 120-150 euros per person, I would be giving this review 4 stars, but at over 200, it just didn't impress me enough. Their other restaurant inside Tivoli Gardens (Restaurant Glassalen) was amazing though, and I gave that 5 stars.

A bit outside of the city center. We had an early dinner here with the selection of any 5 course. The light snack of langoustine with vanilla and yuzu was out of this world. The morel course was also very umami. Dessert was very special. We also got a table by the window which was very pleasant and cozy.

An exceptional culinary experience in Copenhagen! Superb food, creative combinations, and perfectly balanced flavors. Add to that attentive, professional service and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

An absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. 🤍 We had such a lovely time at Formel B. Every dish felt incredibly thoughtful, with such a beautiful variety of textures, flavours and little details that made each bite interesting. As vegetarians, we were especially impressed by how creative and satisfying the vegetarian dishes were. Nothing felt like an afterthought, every plate had its own personality and was genuinely delicious. The kombuchas and juices were also fantastic, and the wine selection was wonderful. You can really feel how much care and knowledge goes into every part of the experience. And then there’s the service, which was truly top notch. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and kind, but in such a natural and effortless way. Everything felt smooth, warm and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. It’s one of those places where you leave not only having eaten very well, but feeling that someone really cared about creating a beautiful experience for you. Thank you to the whole team for such a special evening. We’ll definitely be back.✨

Wonderful and unique experience.

Great food, nice and cosy place. But dont go there if you have disabilities or a baby troller - very steep stairs.

Truly a wonderful luxury experience. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic food art. It's a shame that you couldn't taste the entire menu 😋 A skilled and exciting wine waiter who spoiled us with exciting wines.

Excellent food, fantastic service

For this price in fine dining it’s one of the best you can find on Copenhagen. As for winter time a few years ago, it was an amazing experience and almost every dish burst with flavors in the best way. Except lobster one, didn’t enjoy it much. As we ordered for whole group of people - meringue dessert with sea buckthorn inside they forgot to put in one of them buckthorn. Otherwise experience close to the perfect!

Outstanding experience with very good service and attentive servers. Had a Danish wine with my choice of food and it was outstanding. Their signature dishes are certainly the ones to go for. Thank you for a great evening
