Super delicious pizzas and friendly service. Absolutely affordable for Copenhagen. We had a much more expensive and worse meal downtown the next day.

Best pizzas for the price in Copenhagen. Compared to real Italian pizzaria standards. The service is ok but could be better. The atmosphere is mixed, a bit chaotic when there are many people. The waiting time can be very long. So order well in advance!

We can clearly distinguish two aspects. The Italianness of the guest who arrives and leaves is not the same as that of the restaurant's owner, now long-established in the Danish fabric. Because the latter is a stronghold in the face of places that close down at eight in the evening and offer food for sustenance, not for the pleasure of eating. Here, there's a wood-fired oven, a predominantly takeout space that still offers four tables, and the friendliness of the Umbrian owner and the Italian staff is contagious even towards the others who work there. From then on, the pizza's rating remains low, like that of most ordinary Italian pizzas. In Copenhagen. Wish we had some.

The prices and quality are on point. It is an authentic staff that serves good food, good beer and wine at a fair price. And in the middle of Frederiksberg, it is worth recommending

Vi har besøgt Forno a Legna flere gange, og det har altid været en god oplevelse. Kan virkelig anbefales. Afslappet stemning med fokus på den gode pizza lavet i stenovn med brænde :)

31/08/2025: Mixed experience. There were 5 people who ate the large 10-course menu. One was vegetarian. Upon arrival we were told that they only had 9 vegetarian dishes. We agreed. The regular menu was fine with a few exceptions, including the dessert, which was a bit of a mess. Unfortunately, the vegetarian menu was below par. Three dishes consisted of variations of tomatoes and burrata. Ok, burrata is nice, but not in three servings. In addition, an eggplant in tomato sauce, which was very bland. The low point was chanterelles on a brioche bun. The bun was like leather, and the dish was decorated with pickled red onions, which were so sour that you couldn't taste the chanterelles. It's fine that you're not interested in vegetarian dishes, but then don't say that you can deliver it (we asked in advance). But really strange, when a lot of Italian food is vegetable food. It must be said that the wine list is nice and the service very accommodating.

24/07/2025: The food was good, but if you're going to order from here, I can't recommend using their ordering system. Call or use JE instead. Why? Thanks for not asking! I wanted to order, but when their ordering hours expired before they could respond, I got a message that they didn't receive my order. 15-30 minutes later, a delivery guy showed up at my door with the order I have in writing that DID NOT go through. Luckily for Amigo, they were my last place in my search for takeaway before I gave up, and the order for 150 kr. that I hadn't paid for yet didn't go to waste. But it could have quickly become boring for them to waste time and ingredients if I had cooked the food myself or ordered from somewhere else, because then I would have rejected the offer.
10/07/2025: Quite okay pizza for the price, left full and satisfied
