Super cozy Delicious brunch and smørrebrød

Måske det bedste måltid jeg har fået på Forsinket siden de åbnede. Fik smørrebrød med hønsesalat og det fungerede overraskende godt. Stedet er velbesøgt og servicen meget venlig. Vi var der ca. kl 14 til frokost og der var fortsat godt fyldt op ved bordene. Kvaliteten er kun gået op de senere år og stedet er fortsat charmerende indrettet med lidt kant, så nu er det på et udemærket cafeniveau, Kan anbefales… Også den varme kakao!

Then the trip came to café Forsinket one more time, and it certainly won't be the last time either. Food lover as I am, I have recently ordered their burger. A fantastic experience, because not only is their burger seasoned with a taste experience of their own pickled ingredients, but also their different types of dip for fries is a pure pleasure to let the palate be spoiled with. And of course the fries are crispy and rich enough that they also taste of their origin, the potato. Now last time I would have treated myself to a rye bread sandwich with their chicken salad, it didn't work out as it was sold out. So it wasn't today, and I have to report that, it wasn't a horseradish meal with chicken salad as I know it. Again, the food is fussy, with (I think) pickled small champignons, roasted asparagus on the side, a piece of well-fried bacon on top and greens for decoration. The dressing seemed as if it had been freshly stirred and then the chicken.... Simply a great experience to taste peeled chicken meat, which is not leftover from the carcass, but really solid, delicious, tender pieces of chicken that were cooked, peeled and fried alone with my rye bread. The rye bread was also a tad more delicious, a good slice, from what looks like either home baked or brought home from the baker.... Can highly recommend popping into café Delayed for a cup of mocca and something delicious for the palate..... If 6 stars could be given, the food and the atmosphere would have been 6. The service is good and orderly, and the only reason why it is not for full points is only on small details, which in themselves are unimportant, but to reach the goal must be included.... You need to be asked in for the experience , the manners are good, and the plate stands long after the meal has been finished. Certainly an unimportant detail, but they must also be included. Good trip to Jyderup.

Cozy and lovely, the burgers were good if it hadn't been for the fact that they had been ruined by way too much salt - I think it's the Bacon jam that does it, but it was way too violent for us anyway

Her får du rigtig god mad til billige penge, samt en god service, det er ikke det store kort, men til gengæld er det gode retter til meget rimlige priser, det er vær at køre efter, kan varmt anbefales

Cozy café in the old Jyderup Station. Exciting retro decor. Appropriate selection on the menu card. Nice music that fits the decor. And now there is an extension with rooms on the first floor. The service is top notch - always friendly and smiling. And the selection of servings makes the place my favorite cafe. Whether it's lunch, dinner or just a cafe latte with a cake.

very kind and friendly service and in the kitchen is a good tone. Always busy. Not many breathing time for the young personal. Think a good boss must be. maybe a little to long wating maybe they schoukd have some quick food on the Bach side out on the platform. There are room for more place. Extremely tasty well prepared food with an positively overwhelming tast, I highly recommend the garlic bread. Its a world of taste. But that can be said about moste of the dishes in this place☺️.
