A must try in town, excellent cuisine, well articulated with excellent creative approach. Perfectly sofisticated without too much complexities making the dishes appreciation aesy to access. Delicious combinations and excellent ingredients. Wine pairing with the menu is a bit too much : 5 glasees generously served (too much?). Wine selection is ok but not minde blowing. The loire valley was the best one, the riesling was clearly missing the point of being interesting (good smell but no taste and still a bit green / young) Carefull not too eat too much of grilled bread this one is totally addictive. The staff was a bit straight and directive, missing to match with the cosiness of the place.

Always great atmosphere, food and very attentive service. Truly a place you would like to visit again. The dishes could perhaps be varied a bit when you have been there 3 times in six months :-)

Great service, atmosphere and wines! The food was excellent, ordered the menu with 5 dishes for 650, super fair price and nice quantities. Only the dessert was too cold and sour for me, but we went all in and bought two extra desserts because they looked super delicious, which were SPOT ON! Would definitely recommend Frank, especially to wine lovers too because they have that under control too!

One of the best restaurants I tried in Copenhagen. Service was above most of them and the flavours of the food was on point. I can see that there was some Asian inspiration in the Oct 2024 menu and thought it was something different from the rest of the Danish/ European modern take. Overall an excellent restaurant and would recommend if someone wants to try good/ quality food and something different from the usual modern cuisine in Copenhagen!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Food was so tasty, and I’ve been dreaming about the Korean fried oysters ever since. Top service from the Irish waiter as well.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Nice decor, very cosy. Probably nicer in Winter in terms of the decor and the cosy feel. Staff were very knowledgeable on the menu. Wine recommendations from the staff were excellent. Quite expensive, but quality is very good.

Super restaurant que je conseille vivement. Serveuse adorable, carte des vins incroyable et dîner délicieux. Vraiment un très agréable moment. La cuisine est originale, très goûteuse, le menu dégustation est en plus à un prix très abordable, un grand sans faute !
