nice atmosphere we bought icecream, never try tiramisu it's awful!!! vanilla was less than expectation, kaffe was normal. just chocolate was really delicious

Absolutely delicious Flødeboller! This is my first visit to Denmark and this was my first time trying this native dessert. It was to die for! I bought three and the young man working there was kind and helpful. I liked the vanilla and mocha ones the best. Local chocolate shop making just about everything in house/local. Would definitely return.

Nice place - the staff could use some training. Delicious chocolate, good ice cream, and fantastic coffee. This is usually the recipe for a good experience at a café located on one of the most attractive streets in Frederiksberg. However, the experience can be ruined by the service you will receive. A woman who spoke a little broken Danish (no problem with that), spoke quite indistinctly, and then got mad at me because I didn't understand her the first time. I finally managed to decipher what she was trying to say, and after that it went fine. Inside the ice cream section I ordered an ice cream for myself and one for my partner. I also wanted a coffee, which would be served to me if I just took a seat outside; which I did. Ordered a latte - got a cappuccino. Asked if it was a latte, and got a cold "yes" answer - spoiler: it definitely wasn't. Maybe they should get some training in service, and then this would be a nice place to be.
