Good lunch plate, but a bit noisy room, they should hang up noise reduction

Restaurant serving Danish cuisine. The dishes are relatively simple and not very elaborate: boiled potatoes and fried fish for example! The value for money is therefore very disappointing: €115 for 1 starter, 2 main courses, 2 beers and 2 aquavit. In addition they apply a surcharge of 2.5% for foreign cards, which was not the case in the other restaurants in Copenhagen that you visited.

I was there twice last September. I went back recently in March 2024. Every time I found excellent typical Danish cuisine. In particular herring and stew (sometimes to be booked). Excellent service. Prices a little high, but in line with the local cost of living. Very pleasant and warm place.

This is the place if you want traditional Danish food. I had the Herring, Egg & Shrimp and Chicken Patties with a couple of beers and a glass of aquavit. The food was excellent and the young guy working the floor was friendly and efficient.
