Fru Nimb København

We enjoyed a nice lunch at Fru Nimb December 2025. The wife had the Christmas platter, which is served in two courses, where the first serving came nicely arranged in small bowls, with fresh bread and butter and fat. The second serving came on a smaller platter, from which you could transfer the food to your plate. Everything tasted fine, although the herring and salmon had a (very) slight "refrigerator" aftertaste. I think the kitchen has made parts of the Christmas platter in advance, and stored it in the refrigerator until serving (?) I got 2 pieces of sandwiches; fried herring, which consisted of a large piece of well-ripened herring that was tastefully marinated. Really tasty herring that tasted fantastic (& homemade) Next, butter-fried fish fillet with shrimp, and lemon mayonnaise. There were not many shrimp on the fish, but two pieces of well-fried fish, and tasted exactly as a well-prepared fish fillet should taste. Both pieces of sandwiches were very nicely arranged. In addition, we got a small share - appetizer, 3 beers, 3 large schnapps, 2 desserts and coffee, for a total price of approx. DKK 1,350. Absolutely reasonable in relation to the quality of the food and service.. It is also a quite nice and cozy restaurant, where you sit comfortably in upholstered chairs/sofa. The only complaint is the acoustics, which are not optimal... Acoustic ceilings/absorbents would make a big difference. Finally, the service; we experienced very good service, and were greeted with smiles and friendliness from everyone around us. Especially our (head) waiter Victor, who was at once skilled, professional, service-minded and very friendly, and really made a positive difference to our visit. We would like to come again.

A fantastic Danish culinary discovery! We had a wonderful time as a couple at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. Special mention to our French waiter, whose helpful recommendations greatly enhanced our experience. Warm service, a pleasant atmosphere… We will gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A spontaneous decision to try Fru Nimb turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Already in the courtyard we were greeted with smiles and warmth, and Victor ensured the perfect balance between attention and calm. The 3-course Halloween menu was pure magic – explosions of flavor and love in every detail. Considering the price level in Tivoli, we got an incredible amount for 450 kr. The atmosphere is elegant without being pretentious – you feel at home and don't want to leave.

An excellent restaurant in all respects Wait staff very helpful, warm and on the ball Food quality is first class and nicely presented. Serve sizes are generous. For people with dietary worries the restaurant staff are very helpful and my partner was 😋 delighted with her special vegetables only meal This is a classy restaurant that makes the dining experience to be memorable AND the wine list has plenty to choose from with even the best French wines available plus plenty of choice and the budget price level Thanks to Victor for his special efforts!!

Everything was fine but the quality of the food did not match up with the price point.

A truly beautiful and delicious French restaurant with a great ambiance, very friendly service, and even the hand soap in the restrooms smelled delicious—everything had style, fantastic!

We had a wonderful time at Fru Nimb today. It was a great way to end our walk through the park. The service was friendly and reliable. All the dishes were fresh and creatively presented. Thank you for the pleasant time with you 😊🌞 Keep up the good work!

Everything was fine, but when I tried to go into the restaurant to go to the toilet, after visiting, they didn’t let me in.

Very long wait for the main course. Service was inconsistent with a female waiter being particularly cold and unresponsive to thank you's. Service needs to be elevated to match the atmosphere and food quality.

I was impressed by the attentiveness of the servers. They were able to handle a large party of 60+ people and still accommodate individual needs.
