10/10/2024: I have stopped buying bread in Bodenhoff after several disappointing experiences. The selection has become very small, almost no pastries. The seed snappers lack remonce and are as dry as the Sahara. Last time the Neapolitan bread was so small/not risen that I commented on it and was told it was normal. No, it's not normal.
