Delicious food and friendly staff in quiet premises. The surroundings with the square outside are unfortunately somewhat boring. Here, however, the restaurant's terrace is decorated.

We visited FUMO after we came across their Instagram page, where they, among other things, says that they make their own flour and use organic flour and petit tomatoes from Denmark. They have an Alfa oven where they bake their bread and they have delicious ingredients that they are not afraid to show off, this was enough to get my excitement up and even before we arrived, I was expecting a lot.
At seating, we were given the menu and drinks card by a very friendly, smiling waiter who showed good knowledge of the ingredients, the food and also their large selection of beers. The waiter could easily guide us and tell us about various beers and their production.
At the table there is a compote plate, cutlery and napkins and a plant. There is no salt and pepper at the table, indicating that the kitchen seasons and flavors their food to perfection.
We chose a pizza, a tartare, a very dark beer and a light beer. The waiter came up to us, set down his tray of our beers and talked a little about dissr as he poured in front of us. In particular, we noticed that label was turned with us while he was pouring.
We sat outside on a very hot day. Views of the farm may be a bit dull and "gray" on a morning without people, but are better than a view of a major busy road. I'm sure that when people have time off and it's warm, it's cozy. You didn't feel cramped or in anyone's way.
When serving, the food was nicely presented by the waiter. I first noticed how my tartare lacked a crispy element, but it turned out that the crisp and fresh peas were enough. The tartar was fresh and good, the meat was cut but in a good size, the meat was nice red and no brown bits, their mayo and marinade played well and the pickled onions added acidity to an otherwise heavy and greasy dish.
Pizza was good with a crisp, puffy edge and lovely - surprisingly - lots of flavor in the bread which is a result of the use of Danish flour and Semolina flour. The topping was good and the tomato sauce was fresh and sweet and sour from the tomatoes.
We ordered bread, which was pizza dough shaped into a "loaf". The bread had leopard dots and their spread was super nice and good.
The dark beer was very dark and thick like syrup. The waiters told how the beer was aged in burnt wooden barrels, and this could really be tasted, a bit like a Talisker whiskey. We didn't really like this beer as it sat really heavy in the stomach and had this feeling for quite some time, luckily water was served, but still we had to buy a soda on the way home.
The light beer was very good with notes of fruit and fresh berries, the beer went well with bread and the tartar
We were full, but still ordered dessert, which turned out to be a baked cheesecake and tiramisu.
Tiramisu was a simple tiramisu, but we noticed a good and special coffee flavor in the dessert. Unfortunately, we think that there was too little mascarpone mixture and the coffee flavor and lady fingers drowned out the taste of the mascarpone mixture.
Their baked cheesecake had burnt sugar on top, kind of like a Creme Brulee. For the cheesecake, a rhubarb compote with a squeeze of lemon was served.
I wasn't crazy about this dessert, but I had never tasted a baked cheesecake before either, Rhubarb Compote was very good and balanced the depth and richness of the cheesecake.
All in all, a very good visit, we will definitely come again and the place can definitely be recommended, although the beers are a little more expensive. We were there for a dinner where it wasn't terribly busy.
