Perfect place to have breakfast. Barista is a very funny and comforting man. They serve you water for the coffee, free of charge, as well as extra portions of coffee, which was quite a surprise for us. Even small talks with staff are great! Soft boiled egg is a masterpiece! Highly recommend the place!!!

If you're in Copenhagen and looking for a jazz café with an intimate atmosphere and amazing staff you're in the right place. Food and drinks are delicious and the owner even gave us a free refill. Can't recommend Fonders enough!

Staff was so friendly! There were not a lot of people when we visited and he gave us free refills for our coffees because he was bored :) Atmosphere also really amazing!!

The owner/barman made us feel very welcome. Coffee was full bodied and rounded with tasty pastry to accompany it. As we were newly weds we were spoilt with fantastic hospitality on top - though I feel this was the normal standard for him! Fab:)

Funder er blevet min redning når jeg er på kursus i København og har brug for god kaffe! Der har været god og venlig service fra Niels hver gang han har stået bag disken og jeg har været forbi. Tak for det! 😀

29/10/2023: Super tasty and healthy food at a very good price! It's a shame that it's so far away from Germany. 😉
20/10/2023: I chose the large lunch box (120DKK), which allows me to choose 6 dishes. The portions are full and you can feel that the meals are carefully prepared. The food is fresh, the taste is varied, and the seasoning is quite heavy. It needs to be eaten with water, which is very special. The salad/vegetarian buffet box is generally good and the staff is friendly. If you are not particularly hungry, choose a small lunch box.
