Gaia Cocktails is a beautiful, small, intimate and innovative cocktail bar that ticked all the boxes for us on a sprightly Friday afternoon in Copenhagen. Of the many eateries and bars that we have visited around the wotld, there was something deeply personal and quietly customised about our experience at Gaia. The menu has a unique list and blend of cocktails, that i had not heard of. The fancy glassware, serving displays, decor, colour scheme, use of natural materials, the limited number of tables and carefully considered seating plan within the limited space adds to the charm of it all. Having opted for the China Box for myself and my hubby the Jack In The Box, our mixologist Gustav, spared no enthusiasm or creativity in delivering the ultimate cockrail drinking experience. A great ambassador for his city and country, he made for a great conversationalist and added to our memorable interactions in the city. Located on Sankt Peders Stræde, Gaia offers a cozy atmosphere where guests can enjoy thoughtfully crafted drinks and a superb immersive drinking experience.

Super cool experience and delicious drinks

Really cool place for drinks. Difficult to say how much money to spend, depends on how thirsty you are. Great place for starts of a evening or before going home. Good place for a date night.

Gaia is nicely located in the basement and has a cozy atmosphere. The service is very nice and friendly. We ordered a China Box and a Morning Star. The Morning Star was fresh and floral. The China Box tasted good but could've been with a different kind of ice cubes (came with a lot of crushed ice which isn't my favorite for a cocktail). Overall a decent experience and good cocktail selection.

Found this place just by chance via searching on internet. Located in the basement, not large but cosy sittings. We ended up to share table with strangers but the staff asked us politely and they managed to pick out right type of person to share table with us. Their cocktails (those not classics) were exciting and tasteful 🤩 Book your place in advance to make sure your own sitting 😅

Really nice guy working the bar. Cool cocktails, we had reeses cocktail, whisky apple sour and the high tea is a good experience, thank you.

Cozy bar with good cocktails. However, it seems a bit like you have to find the most crooked glasses, rather than what is in them. Asked the bartender to be creative as we couldn't find what we wanted on the menu. After which he made a cocktail from the card.

: Giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to a miscommunication with the booking. I originally reserved a table for 8 and later emailed to inform them we would be 10. They confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when we arrived, our table was set for only 8. When I asked about it, the staff said they were unaware of the change and that they were fully booked. As a result, we had to squeeze in uncomfortably. Which honestly was a little bit disappointing. That being said, the drinks were fantastic, and the service was great.

We stopped by our first night here and have been coming back every night until we leave in 8 days! The atmosphere, service and conversations have been impeccable! Simon, Miguel, Fredricko, Liam and Alex, the rest of the staff are amazing! Andy, thank you for an amazing experience! We love you guys 🩷
