Amazing cocktails. We were there for the Bombay Sapphire "Gin Journey" and got to taste two of Gaias cocktails. Both of them were really impressive, innovative and tasty. We're just super happy to have discovered this authentic little cocktail bar - we will be back another time.

The cocktails at this place are crazy in the best way. You will be sipping on something unlike anything you ever have, if you pick from their menu of creations and don't just get something normal.
Service was good, friendly, etc, as it was pretty much all over Copenhagen, and no exception here.
The vibe of the place, as you can see from the pics, was fitting of the name of the spot, earthy, retro, and modern, all at the same time, somehow.
Highly recommend to other people who are staying in the area, like we were in an air bnb

Fun vibe. Unique cocktails and seating outside to enjoy a nice Copenhagen evening. Street isn't as busy as some of the main drags but still some foot traffic for people watching. Tried the Doctor's Orders and White Espresso Martini. Both are solid.

We enjoyed a couple of rounds of drinks here from the inventive cocktail menu and enjoyed them all. Very inventive and cleverly served but still tasty and balanced drinks. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

We had a really great cocktail experience at Gaia. Usually when I see a cocktail bar doing theatrical things, I expect the drinks to suffer, but Gaia nailed them both. The Jungle Bird showed up in a custom glass contained in a birdcage, but the drink itself was as good as any JB I’ve ever had. The China Box showed up in a Chinese takeout box, and the cocktail was one of the most interesting I’ve had in a long time. This place is definitely worth checking out!
