We each tried two cocktails. The experience was magical and well worth the trip! The waitress went out of her way to transport us to an experimental laboratory, leaving us enchanted! We will definitely return on our next visit to Copenhagen.

Gaia Cocktail is a lovely, lively, and well-attended bar in Copenhagen. The main room is definitely its strong point: spacious, welcoming, and much more atmospheric than the smaller room where I sat, which was a little less engaging. I didn't eat, so I can't comment on the food. Instead, I drank a good draft wheat beer, slightly aromatic, and truly enjoyable. As the name suggests, the bar's signature drink is probably the cocktails, but having already had beer with dinner, I wasn't in the mood for further alcohol! Maybe next time. Overall, it's a good place, with a nice atmosphere and potential, although I think a little more attention to detail could make it even better. A special mention for the bathroom: clean, well-kept, and functional. I also noticed the free two-pack of sanitary pads for ladies. A small gesture of customer service that I found truly appreciated and not at all predictable. Ultimately, a pleasant place to stop for a drink in Copenhagen. Next time I will definitely try one of the cocktails!

We visited Gaia Cocktails on a Sunday at 4pm when they opened to celebrate my birthday. We were warmly welcomed, and since I wanted to try something different and visually impressive, I was given good advice by the staff. As a nice gesture, we were also given a small free glass with a shot. My daughter had chosen an Amarena Sour from home on the bar's website, but it was no longer on the menu. It turned out that several things on the website did not match the current menu, so I would definitely recommend that the website be updated. On the other hand, the waiter was very accommodating, found the ingredients and made the drink anyway, even though it was no longer an official part of the menu. It was really good service. I ordered a Peace Pipe, which was served with dry ice and arranged on a plate. The presentation was nice and different, but in practice it didn't quite work for me. The design of the pipe, combined with the dry ice, caused the drink to spill all over the plate, and it took almost 10 minutes before the dry ice was gone so I could really taste the drink. The idea is interesting, but the execution could be improved. We were the only guests at the time, so it's hard to judge the atmosphere, but the place was cozy, nicely decorated and had a pleasant atmosphere. All in all, a good experience with friendly staff, good service and creative cocktails. An update to the website and a slight adjustment to the serving of the Peace Pipe would elevate the experience even further.

You feel instantly at ease the moment you step inside. The interior is warm and incredibly cozy, and the bar truly lives up to its name. The cocktails offer excellent value for money and were a real treat – I can wholeheartedly recommend the Pineapple Express in particular. But what truly stands out is the outstanding service. From the warm welcome and attentive, friendly service throughout the evening to the farewell, everything was simply first-class. Such attentive, warm, and professional service is a rare find. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening yesterday and can highly recommend this bar. We'll definitely be back!

My new friend wanted to come check this place out, so she made a reservation, which is a good idea. The vibe of Gaia is very nice - classy, cozy, super friendly, and such creative, fun cocktails! The little shot of yummy punch when we arrived was a wonderful touch that really made us feel welcomed ✨ My 'The Other Lebowski' was expertly crafted, but I've got my doubts about that character actually drinking it... I picture him more of a gin&tonic or gimlet kinda guy. Definitely come check this bar out though, you are going to love it!!
