Best sourdough bread, super crispy, airy and just super delicious!

Has, in my opinion, the best spins and the best bread in KBH. Their porridge and signature bread are so delicious. In addition, there is continuous production and have just been down to buy the most delicious warm bread. Value for money is top notch and service is always friendly and welcoming. Their selection is not large and I think that is precisely the genius - Because the bread they have is top notch.

Visited when in Copenhagen last weekend. I checked opening hours here on Google Maps on Sunday night and seemed to be open on Monday so went there but was closed. The owner saw us and was super kind gifting us with fresh danish bread. Checked again for opening hours on Google Maps and said it was closed on Monday. I think I was wrong and misread opening hours and I feel ashamed. I just wanted to thank you publicly. Hope to be back soon in CPH and have breakfast in the best bakery in town.
