My wife and I went to Gasfabrikken and had their seasonal menu, and what a fantastic experience it was. The food was sublime and with the accompanying wine menu it was an experience we will remember.

16/03/2024: My favorite bakery, for sure. Their bread and cake are so fresh and incredibly well made.
27/02/2024: As far as I can remember, the medallion has always had a very good reputation for good goods. And it still holds. It may well be on the expensive end... But you forget all about that when the first bite is taken. Magnificent place... Only a shame that I live quite far away..
