Gasoline Grill - Hellerup Gentofte

Gasoline is probably be the best burger in all of Denmark! Try it for yourself. So simple and so incredibly tasty. Best had at a music festival, but a Friday evening indulgence is pretty OK too.

Worth the hype? I would disagree. This was my first Gasoline Grill experience and I got a combo (which is not the cheapest tbh). I ordered a Green Burger with the green MATR “beef” added. Really liked the taste and textures and all the veggies were a good combination together. So I considered giving you 4 stars not 3. But I would seriously recommend a plate for that burger cause it was so juicy that my hands and tray was drenched in burger juice. And when you are 3 people sharing a tray and two got Green Burger that needed something to catch all the juice dripping it’s a really messy experience without plates. I know you have a certain branding but what’s more important? The branding or the customer experience? And it should be possible since we were staying in and not to go. And the price that’s payed should not leave you with a feeling of being cut cheap in service. The fries were just very similar if not just the freezer bought ones from the supermarket. Not a lot of love put into those.. Fell very short compared to effort for the burger. So disappointed for sure when thinking about price and hype. I liked the menu made it easy to choose as a vegetarian cause everything could be made vegetarian sort of. A bit cold interior choices inside but lovely atmosphere outside. And the staff was friendly. Last comment is about environmental impact- you make the food all organic which is great but then you still get lots of waste even as a stay in.. I don’t understand that??? Like at least put dip for fries into a metal cup or something when you stay to eat. It’s a lot of waste you create when it’s plastic for each dip, each burger and fries wrapped like it was to-go.

Always love this place but today I got a very salty burger. I don’t think I will have the normal cravings that always bring me here anymore. So sad! That was a lot of salt 🥹🥹🥹

Delicious burgers. I got the regular and my friend the double, he said it’s the best burger he ever had (and we are world travelers) in from Germany, Portugal and USA. Juicy, great grill flavor, meat great flavor and organic so can definitly recommend. Beer just ok (organic New York on tap) but maybe sample first. I agree with the other reviews that the atmosphere is just OK. Table not perfectly cleaned and the bench is not too cozy so good maybe to just order to go.

Great place handled by polish family that makes me the same way proud and happy. Was there today just before noon for couple of mins to meet with my dear friend Stan I know for over 20 yrs. I was a bit in hurry so I didnt order anything to eat but it was no any suprise that the place is super fresh and clean if he is keepeing it. In short soldier's words: Man of steel and order. And as far as I know his wife Agata food have to be just as fresh as delicious.

An absolute must-visit in Copenhagen. I always go there—and always will. Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
