Gastro No 8 Varde

This is our second year in a row eating here during our holiday, and we are once again delighted with the food, the drinks, and the friendly service. We will be back.

The best burgers of our lives, but also at the best price: 0.5l beer and 0.5l apple spritzer + "Cheeselover" and "Hot and Spicy" for 500 DKK (€68). For the "best" price, unfortunately, only 4 stars.

A lovely place! The food and service were good! The atmosphere is nice – one small drawback – the hand dryer in the restrooms is very loud.

We went there for lunch this afternoon and were very satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious.

We were a group of seven, and unfortunately, our experience was quite mixed. Let's start with the best part: the food was really good. The burgers were amazing, absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the service wasn't so great. Despite our reservation, we weren't served for a good 15 minutes. We had booked a table for 6:15 pm, and by 7:30 pm, we were told we couldn't order anything more. Apparently, the restaurant was only open until 8 pm, even though the website said it was open until 9 pm. We couldn't even order bottled beer. So, the food was great, but the customer service was less than satisfactory.

Since we're traveling with our dog, we always sit outside. The heaters keep us warm, though. The food is delicious, and there's plenty of entertainment from all the vacationers passing by.

Super delicious food and lots of it. There was something for every age (11-82 years) Happy and fresh service, very service-minded. 😃Cozy atmosphere, but a little light was missing over the table 😊 Highly recommended
