Lovely food and excellent service. This place is busy and you can easily overstay your welcome but the food is great, especially liked the scallops. The service was also excellent and out waitress (Camilla G) was great, helpful, attentive and genuinely delivering a high standard and quality!

very pricey but over all pretty good. We only disliked one dish which was their spicy fried chicken. Edible but nothing special. The service was excellent and space was nice. The star of the meal was their basque cheesecake at the end.

Esmée is a lively upscale spot overlooking Kongens Nytorv square. If you're lucky, you can get a spot at the outdoor terrace - it is a great place to enjoy a beverage while the sun warms you up in the evening. The bar area serves only snacks (and it is worth visiting just for those flavour packed bites), but make sure you reserve well ahead for the bustling dining room that overlooks the open kitchen. Besides the snacks that are great to share, the menu features a number of sharing dishes (turbot, steak etc) so that everyone can enjoy a bit of everything.

Outstanding upscale restaurant with interesting menu and great ingredients used for all dishes. More ideal for large family groups and couples . Not lively

Enjoyed our evening very much - food and wine was v good

Fantastic spot in Copenhagen. We skipped entrées and just had a table full of appetizers and each one was out of this world. Drinks are super creative, the whole experience was amazing and the location is perfect.
