Good value hostel. All bedding was provided, but there were no towels. Looking at the reviews, it seems like I have to make a request. Other than that it was good, it was close to the Nyhavn Canal and easy to take the subway to the airport. The staff are also friendly.

We stayed in the Generator Hostel as a school trip. The location is really great, you had a great connection to the Copenhagen subway and could reach many things on foot. You can't really complain about the service either. The only thing that disappointed us were the rooms. The rooms were very small and did not offer any opportunities to hang up or put down clothes and the like. The bathroom was also very small and a big challenge for 5 men. Personally, what bothered me the most was the cleanliness of the room. The floor had not been swept, there were smudges on the windowsill and the drawers under the beds, which were intended for storing clothes, were dusty and dirty. When we entered the room there was a strong smell of alcohol and generally very damp. Overall, I would only recommend the room for travelers who want to enjoy a short stay in Copenhagen on a small budget and do not attach great importance to cleanliness.

It is not a hotel, it is a hostel, although it has a fairly good location, and it is cheap, especially for Copenhagen. But the rooms are very small, and although we had a private bathroom, it is a bit precarious. The shower and the toilet are the same. Everything you need is charged extra, including leaving your suitcases for a few hours (there are hourly rates).

Nice hotel, amazing staff and good location. Cozy atmosphere during the weekend, too. However, rooms and bathrooms are not the most comfortable (considering the price), but they're ok. The bar is not that cheap either, and lockers for the luggage are not for free.

Almost every night there is a party, and the room is not soundproofed, so you can hear everything, especially the loud music, I couldn't sleep well before 12 or 1am.

This is a nice and clean hostel. The staff are friendly and location is amazing. Beds themselves are decent but they don’t have any curtains for privacy. The storage lockers underneath the bunk beds are huge but you need to bring a padlock or buy one at reception. We were assigned room 215 which is just one floor above the outdoor bar where people sing karaoke and play club music into the night and from 7am in the morning. Someone set the fire alarm off on the second night we were staying here so we had to stand in the street in our pijamas. Overall a decent experience that would have been rated higher if we didn’t get a bad room.
