Despite being very well located next to everything. There is constant traffic so you feel safe. Very nice bars 5 minutes away and a supermarket right across the street. Generation has a lively atmosphere and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. It organizes events depending on the season. Clean and comfortable room.

It is what it is: a hostel. So I will rate the rooms and service from that perspective and I have to say it is perfect for one purpose: an unbeatable price for a bed in the most amazing location in Denmarks capital. Fantastic. Everything in the city is basically at your doorstep. Leave the hotel and u are spoilt for options in any direction. Supermarket right across the road and a lively pub area for an evening beer with people of all ages. Really nice. WARNING: do not go there if u r looking for a “hotel experience” . No AC, no fridge, pool, service, etc.

There was an unfortunate incident with a guest in my same room. They ended up moving my room at no cost and gave me two free breakfast and allowed me to wash my clothes for free. Thank you

Generator is a club with many shared rooms. The rooms are relatively large, the beds comfortable, and have nightlights, privacy screens, etc. However, the location is very noisy due to the bar's terrace (we were lucky that the bar was closed on Monday, so it was very quiet). The atmosphere is rather impersonal, and you won't find hostel amenities like cooking facilities, a refrigerator, a common room, or even a friendly atmosphere. The location is ideal for sightseeing or partying. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else next time.

It used to be good.. We haven't tried sleeping here, but we've played shuffleboard here a few times, and it used to be good. The tables are very worn out, the carpet is torn on all the tables at both ends and the cans of sand can't be sprinkled. At tables 1 and 2 it smells like sour socks and vomit, and the toilets don't seem to be cleaned that often.
