This is one of the places where you must go. Impeccable service combined with almost infinite knowledge about cocktails and their background and why they match the beer that you are drinking, makes this place a paradise for anyone knowing or wanting to know more about cocktails or drinks

On a København summer night get your traditional drinks or your slight variations here. They are well-balanced, spirit slightly forward. There's a lot of smokers so that's annoying but the drinks are excellent.

Frede & Vester's

14/12/2024: I visited Frede og Vester to enjoy a brunch, and it was quite an okay experience. The cafe has a cozy atmosphere and the decor is modern, making it a pleasant place to spend a morning. The menu offered a selection of classic brunch dishes, which were served nicely. All in all, Frede og Vester was a fine place for brunch, but there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to portions and the menu selection. I will definitely consider coming back to give it another try.
27/11/2024: My old café that moved to Smallegade. So every now and then I drop by, as it's like "coming home" to a familiar place.
