Nice bakery in Kolding, here there is a very high standard of quality, especially the choose-your-own salad bar is really good.

25/05/2025: All in all, a nice café with many breakfast options. What bothered was unnecessary sauces / toppings on the avocado bread, which adds lots of "empty" calories, portion size also a bit small. Cappuccino and flat white were good.
09/05/2025: I had a cortado here this morning and it was absolutely fantastic. Made to perfection. Lovely space to enjoy a coffee and super friendly staff.
