One of the best cheese buns I've ever had - and I've been to most bakeries in Copenhagen. Perfect baking, crispy crust without being chewy, airy but still plenty of filling. No notes what so ever.

16/07/2026: Super nice traditional Danish 🇩🇰 bakery just outside Ebeltoft. Excellent quality food, great variety of sweet and savoury. There is the option to eat in and also have a beer 🍺😀. Would highly recommend, for quality and service.
15/07/2026: It was about a 6 km walk to and from the bakery. And every single meter was absolutely worth it. I asked if I could order in English, which wasn't a problem at all. The rolls, and especially the Ebeltoft Stang, were incredibly delicious. We enjoyed the Ebeltoft Stang for three afternoons – it was heavenly.

23/05/2026: I really regret not coming here sooner. Everything I tried was incredibly delicious. The staff are very warm and friendly.
