really nice experience. service was kinda off and didn’t feel welcoming but they took our order so that was nice we could get some food. no more duck sadly. nice interesting food

The experience was amazing ! I went solo sat at the bar the chefs were super friendly and we chitchatted throughout and waitress was great and friendly. Food started off so well the first two dishes their take on shrimp roast and especially the crispy aubergine was the star then it went down from there I had the noodles they were too vinegary (I don’t eat pork so I had it removed, this could have been spicy to balance out the food). And the dessert I hand fruity one with plums it has too much of the Chinese spices that took it away for me. I wish I had kept the momentum there. Worth trying I would go again and stick to all small dishes rather than main. I’ll also say the duck looked amazing but could not order half a duck for myself.

The food was tasty, but not sensational. The service was pleasant, albeit a bit fussy at first. After settling the bill with a MC, we discovered that a fee of about 4% had been added to the total amount, for reasons that were unclear. There was no advance warning. We could have used other cards. This is practically illegal.

Excellent food, service and atmosphère. Only comment/advise is that if you are veggie or pescatarian then ask. As a lot of dishes can be served with a twist and without meat (meat on the side). My wife is Pesci so had we not asked we wouldn't have known and would have a muxh mire limited meal

The presentations and atmosphere are nice, it would be useful to repeat the order details, but we were not satisfied with the waitress.

The food’s a proper fusion Chinese delight-my favourite, honestly-and the drinks? Absolutely spot-on. Shame about the service, though. Last time, the waitress was an absolute gem, all warm and on it, but this time the waiter seemed a bit checked out.

The best dining experience we had during our 5 day trip to Copenhagen! Amazing food that was complemented very well by the excellent service provided by the staff. What we most appreciated was how accommodating they were to offer vegetarian options of their dishes and went out of their way to ensure we knew the contents of everything they served.

We had an amazing experience at Goldfinch, especially since as vegetarians they went out of the way to accommodate us and customize the menu for us. Staff was extremely friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone in the Nyhavn area looking for authentic Cantonese food.
