Gorilla København

Had bought an early bird, so the food was fine for that price. But not more than that either. The place is huge, and the acoustics are terrible, so when the surrounding tables were filled up, there was far too much noise. If you are going to eat there, book a table as early as possible and take advantage of a deal offer.

We were made to feel very welcome, the staff found us a seat at the bar even though it was very full. Buzzing atmosphere that got more lively as the evening progressed. Cocktails were delicious and we were persuaded to go for the full tasting menu which was a bit above our price bracket but really glad that we did as we got to sample some incredible fish dishes!

Fantastically good food, but if you are sensitive to shoals and noise, this is the wrong place. Loud music and no sound absorbers play poorly when the room is full of guests.

Very nice place in Copenhagen‘s meatpacking district. Amazing food and awesome service!

Visited here a couple of years ago. Unfortunately my recent experience was not the same. Great food, terrible service. Ordered 10 courses and wine pairing, not all of the wine pairing arrived. As the evening progressed the clientele became more drunk and rude! Won’t be back, clearly turned into a party venue.

I got served by a gorilla! Mr Gorilla also offered me some freshly picked bogies but i kindly declined. Great restaurant tho!

The restaurant was nice and the staff was outstanding too, the only problem was the food, the quantity was not enough for the money we spent: mini portions of food: taste good but not enough.
