A truly delicious experience. Decor, staff and food/drinks do everything they can to provide a good evening. It is pure indulgence to be admitted on a closing day and celebrate a diamond bride and groom.

Nice premises and a good welcome. Good service, which is characterized by the fact that a large part of the staff are very young, and we learned this early on, when the ice cubes for our drinks were handled with 'kloer five' at the bar. The signature drink tasted wonderful, but the presentation was a bit sad. but it's the taste that counts, right? ;-) None of our starters really burned through in a good way, and the first wine in the glass was also a little below expectations. A piece of lovely trout and a good soup gave hope for more, and here the white wine was to that extent on track again. Then the disappointments unfortunately set in, first with the veal brisket which is either a brave or just a bad choice as 3 out of 4 at the table didn't like this (it divides the waters but I would argue that many will not enjoy this - and we tasted all!). There was also a big difference between the 4 pieces we were served, but it was not a good experience. After that, a serving of duck breast that was really cool, and duck leg that was OK. Even the sharp knives prepared for the dish could not tear apart the tendons in the duck breast. Unfortunately, the dish was drowned out by the red berries, and didn't taste of much other than them. We also chose cheese and this was a good experience except for the last piece which was again drowned out by the cherry, this would have been better without it in my opinion. The 2 red wines for the main courses were solid, but a little more variety between the 2 would have been welcome, the dessert tasted good, and the last wine was unusually not sweet, but worked fairly well with the dish. A simple shot of espresso unfortunately didn't work at all either, but ended up as a very bitter end to the evening. Something so simple should be in the closet. relating to. the choice of the dishes throughout the evening seems as if you have deliberately steered clear of the most expensive of the raw materials, and that does not suit the experience either. A final small remark is that not all the waiters spoke the Danish language, and even though the service from there was extremely friendly and professional, I always think about how the experience will be for the slightly older guests who do not know what the ingredients are called in English and therefore want miss a large part of the presentation and thus the experience. All in all, a slightly disappointing evening, where the 2 best taste experiences came from a piece of cut trout and a unique cheese. With an envelope price of over DKK 2,000. This is below expectation according to our standard, and it did not make anyone in the company want to come again, unfortunately.
