Great food and nice sweet staff. Try all oats dishes with the great toppings.

A small but quite cozy place in the middle of nowhere between Lyngby Station and Lyngby Hovedgade. The food was acceptable. A porridge with carrot which was a little too bitter for my taste with a strange aftertaste but absolutely edible. The service was nothing to write home about (as usual one is almost tempted to say). Young (probably underpaid) girls. On the other hand, the food was cheap compared to so many other places.

A nice location for this chain of restaurants. They have both sweet (their traditional) oatmeal dishes with caramel, nuts, and apple slices, as well as savory ones, like the beet risotto, like the barley bowl (see my pictures). Everything tasted fresh and nourishing. Portions are slightly large so come hungry. Coffee and juices are available. Recommended.

Great food. Good value for money and this is much better fast food than burgers, pizza etc. do try the risotto with mushrooms, last picture, it’s a must try. Very large portions.

Grød is just a Super eatery, totally good concept. Always varied and exciting Porridge on the menu. Top customer service.

The coffee is good and the place and atmosphere is nice. The recipes for the porridge and rice are interesting and definitely worth trying. However, everytime I got a dish it either seemed too sweet because of the sugar in the porridge or too salty like the soya sauce in the chicken congee bowl. Otherwise great ingredients.

Most of it was very tasty. I took the rice pourige chicken bowl, there was not a lot of chicken and the dish itself is pretty small. The mushrooms are cold, which is weird for hot pourige. The taste is good. The fried pourige rice is nice, but not anything too special. The chai latte is tasty, the ginger taste is strong.
