Nice accommodation option, top professional people who work here and the level of service is incredibly high

Warm reception at the reception on arrival on Friday. Nice room with sea view from the bed. Lovely staff in the restaurant and very delicious food, drink and dessert. The waiter's directions for choosing side dishes were great. Would highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.

New Year's Eve event. An optimal overall experience, in particular, with a smiling and attentive staff, with time to enjoy the guests.

Reply to owner's comment: The duck was not split when served. And not only was the skin not crispy, it was not fried correctly. Mine, and that of many other guests, was red in the meat, and tasted bad to say the least! You are aware of that, so don't understate your explanation. We had booked a Christmas stay from 24/12 to 27/12-2023 and were looking forward to a cozy and well-prepared Christmas dinner and fun. But to make a long story short - the main course of the Christmas dinner, which was duck, was far from OK. Poorly prepared and almost inedible, which several guests pointed out. And unfortunately no official apology or plaster on the wound, from the hotel's side. For the positive things are the staff. Extremely friendly and smiling. And the service was also top notch. Will we spend Christmas at Griffen again? Yes - but if the menu is on duck again, it will be a BIG NO THANK YOU from here 🎄 PS: The wellness area is super nice. However, the outdoor spa could be a few degrees warmer in winter.

Skønt at der er åbent én frokost fra kl 12 til 17 var der med én veninde nu fik vi kun kaffe kage skulle jo lige se den smukke udsigt det er et besøg værd men 200 kr for 4 kopper kaffe det var lige lidt for meget 😎

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Promenade. Freundliche und nette Leute, sehr hilfsbereit. Restaurant ist super.
