Grillspyddet Hvidovre

Excellent food and great customer service! This place is legit! I felt very welcomed here—the staff was kind and genuinely hospitable. The food tastes homemade, and very well seasoned . The portions are so generous that even I, a big eater, could barely finish my meal. The Adana kebab was absolutely delicious and the breat fresh and warm! This is a hidden gem, and I’m definitely coming back!

I hope no one has to experience the overly salty kebab platter from this place. It cost 119 kr, but after complaining , they replaced it with a 43 kr pita bread instead. The platter was so salty that I even tried eating it with chili to balance the taste. Despite this, they kept denying that there was anything wrong and refused to taste it themselves. On top of that, the service was terrible.

Best home made durum around, a great distribution of filling, veggies and carbos. I personally love the mix durum kebab/falafel, linse soppe and grilled lamb on stick.

The barbecue skewer - Hvidovre I would like to share my experience with Grillspyddet in Hvidovre, which is undoubtedly a hidden gem. They serve homemade food, and you can clearly feel that it is made with love and many years of experience. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients, and both the taste and the presentation are top notch. I have been here eight times at different times and each time the experience has been perfect. The food is always delicious, the service is super friendly and the place is both clean and inviting. Whether you arrive late in the day or early in the morning, you will be greeted with the same warm welcome. For those who haven't been here yet: The grill is the heart of home cooking, and the place is actually quite easy to find. If you think of Copenhagen, it is "just a little to the left" from here - that is, in Hvidovre. So close that there is absolutely no excuse not to go! I will definitely come back and after I've been there for the tenth time I'll be happy to write another review. Until then: highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to Grillspyddet for making every visit a pleasure
