There were many different things to do. The first time I was here.

Huge activity center with a LOT of different activities that you can sign up for or rent for cheap. A little hard to find, but there are some signs with a map around. Arrive 15-20 min early as it can be a little difficult to find your way around

Good courses today. Remember there is only 4 hours parking

Plenty of free parking and a plethora of sports, motion and craft possibilities. Bit airless in summer.

★★★★★ We had a fantastic time at the Grøndal MultiCenter and were especially impressed by the incredibly wide range of sports on offer. There really is something for everyone – whether you enjoy badminton, squash, padel, pickleball, or table tennis, or are more interested in various ball sports, martial arts, fitness, or other activities. The selection is truly impressive, and you could easily spend a whole day here without getting bored. We particularly appreciated the fact that you can be active with friends and family as well as on your own. The sheer variety makes the center the perfect place if you want to try different sports or simply spend an active and fun time together. There are also numerous options for children and teenagers, so there's something for every age group. During our visit, the entire facility made a very well-maintained and organized impression. Despite its enormous size, everything looks tidy, and you can tell that many different sports and clubs are represented under one roof. The center boasts numerous sports halls and other facilities, offering an impressive infrastructure overall. We also found the prices to be perfectly reasonable and appropriate for what's on offer. A particularly positive aspect is the availability of on-site sports equipment rental for various activities. Most importantly, though: it was incredibly fun! The combination of the huge selection, the excellent facilities, and the pleasant atmosphere makes the Grøndal MultiCenter a place we'll definitely want to return to. You can really let loose and have a great time with others. We highly recommend it – especially for families, friends, or groups who want to be active together and try out different sports.
