It looked better than it actually was. In the room you could hear everything from the other rooms. And there was only one spa bath for the whole hotel, so not at all what we expected.

A superb hotel, quiet, beautiful, comfortable, exceptional breakfast and amazing spa!

📌Pros - Friendly staff (I would like to express special thanks to the male staff member who assisted me early on the morning of March 17th!). - Cozy room interior. - Warm and fluffy bedding (it was so good that I even looked up the brand). 📌Cons - Everything was great except for the slightly inconvenient location.

Cozy hotel, beautiful common areas and garden. The room was noisy due to the elevator shaft directly next to it, with a creaking wooden floor and bed. The bathroom was very small. You are not allowed to eat the pricey breakfast in your room. Because of this, the price/quality ratio was a bit out of balance.

The only negative is that they have double beds but no double douvettes, only singles

Nice hotel, but don’t recommend it for longer stays of if you like a spacious room. My business partner and I stayed for 7 days and had booked a room with 2 single beds. On Guldsmedens website, the room appeared to be with 2 single beds and a couch (which gave us the impression we would have floor space beyond just the beds). It didn’t, and we had no space to store our clothes, toiletries etc, which we found very inconvenient given the duration of our stay. We asked reception if they had any room with just a tiny bit of extra space, and although they were expectedly polite, the weren’t very problem solving in their approach. After carefully explaining for about 10 minutes, we eventually got another room, unfortunately with a double bed. The room was slightly bigger like we had requested. After ending our trip we found out the new room would’ve been cheaper, but we didn’t get offered any refund for that. In general the hotel is nice, the breakfast is amazing, and the vibe is cool. Staff is polite, but not over enthusiastic about making your stay a 5/5 experience. I would’ve liked them to explain a bit about the facilities, breakfast, checkout etc. upon arrival instead of having to ask for everything ourselves as it came along.

Asked for and got a quieter room with balcony for this work trip as I need the quiet and space to focus when I need to. Staff are delightful and each of the rooms has its own unique touch. Lovely hotel excellent location. Could not ask for more. Thank you

We had a great stay, helpful staff, brilliant location. It was also great having the use of the bikes, ( the cycling network is easy and you see so much more of the city) the only downside was the lift was broken for the whole weekend.

A lovely hotel, close to central Copenhagen and the train station. South East Asia inspired interiors are a nice touch. Reception team is great and rooms are clean. Recommended to all!
