Staff were very friendly & accommodating!! Room was clean & comfortable. I’d only recommend option for slightly brighter lighting in the bedroom so easier to read. All amenities were wonderful & location superb! Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful city.

Nice peaceful room with comfy bed. Bohemian decor and nice bath products. Coffee and milk available in room. Quiet street.

Great hotel! Super service! I got an upgraded room, completely free of charge! Short walk to Copenhagen Central, central. I will be back!

Excellent location, nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff and well kept and clean rooms. My only 'complaints' would be the shower curtain situation because there's a big gap close to the floor so it's hard not to get water everywhere and that housekeeping could at least clean the floors and toilets every couple of days for guests staying for multiple days. They only change the sheets and towels when you ask and take the trash out and make the bed every day. And just a small side note as someone who survives off of the hot items at breakfast- not everyone likes chili flakes in their eggs and their bacon so burnt/crispy. For those interested in using the spa and gym, you have to pay extra for those. Something I have not experienced before personally.

Very nice hotel, with a good spa area, fitness center and even that the hotel is placed in central Copenhagen, was it silent and great atmosphere. The restaurant is good (we had a chefs choice with our stay) and the waiter's was service minded all evening.

Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to the station. Very good breakfast.

Very nice and cozy hotel, Bali vibes in the big city. Sweet staff and ready to help if needed 3 minutes walk from the train station. 10 minutes walk to the center. All in all a very good experience, will definitely stay here again.
