A beautiful, stylish hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.

Very nice, nice hotel, and nice staff, but rooms without ventilation/air conditioning, and a lot of noise from the street when the window was open. They should also remove all the cups and plates with chips in them. Often long waiting times at reception, but that may have been a coincidence this week.

This is my favorite hotel in Copenhagen. It is central, 100 m from Central Station. And the design in the hotel and garden is great, an urban style with asian flavours.
The service is great and it is clean.

I had a great stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms - didn't get to try the spa or fitness but nice that they have it. The yard/garden looks nice

Amazing hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Very close to the metro and the train station and with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes arround.
The rooms are clean and very comfortable with a unique vibe.
The eco-hotel mindset is very likeable and makes the place very cosy.
Breakfast and spa are part of the magic too

Beautifully furnished hotel in a good location near the main train station. Unfortunately, our room was very cramped (14 square meters) and very warm at night (with outside temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius), so we slept poorly for the three nights. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. When we opened the window, it was a little better, but from 6 a.m. onwards, loud noises from the courtyard woke us up unintentionally. Also, the air is stagnant there, so the cooling was limited. The bathroom was so narrow that a sloping wall forced us to stand at a 45-degree angle in front of the sink, which was so small that even our electric toothbrush didn't fit in it lengthwise (for rinsing).
Room service neither cleaned nor replaced our obviously used glasses.
We liked the small refillable water bottle, which is practical for traveling.
Conclusion: If you need or want to save money, you'll find a beautifully furnished hotel at a moderate price—by Copenhagen standards. If you are looking for some comfort, you should dig deeper into your pockets and choose a different hotel.
The hotel is right next to the train station, which is great. Getting into town is a few minutes' walk or a bike ride. The additional balcony (booked separately) was very small. There wasn't enough room for the two balcony chairs, let alone the balcony table, which was a shame. The room is very noisy; after 6 a.m., a lot of work is being done, and you're woken up. The restaurant is very expensive; the service is friendly, but you have to be prepared for a while. It's also a shame that you have to order inside and aren't served. The garden is beautiful!

The hotel was a little strange. The shower was just a handheld showerhead in a bathtub. There was no shower curtain or door of any kind, so the water went all over the bathroom. Also, the towels were extremely thin and scratchy. They were not soft on the skin at all. The breakfast was okay, but all the dishes had something funny about them - like adding lime zest to the cottage cheese or whole chili slices to the scrambled eggs. Also, for gluten free folks like me, there weren't many options.
The positives were the location, which was excellent, just a block from the main train station. The balcony was very nice and peaceful, and the room was quiet even with the windows and balcony door open. The hotel makes an effort to be sustainable, which we appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, except for the pillows which were practically nonexistent. It took two pillows to do the work of one standard pillow.
As a note to parents - there was a large bookcase that was propped very precariously against the wall. It wobbled every time I put something on or took something off. It is a terrible hazard around children, so I would not recommend staying there if you have children.
