Fantastic staff and overall service! Rooms are immaculate highly recommend adding the extra for spa - very worth it depending if you here over more than 2 days or else no need. Gym is stunning too! Location is prime time, if your into running head straight to the canal and that takes you all the way to little mermaid then end it at nyhavn for a bite to eat and unwind. Overall this hotel is spot on, been a pleasure

Super great location, really close to the central station in Copenhagen. The decor gives old glamour/1980s vibe. Really clean rooms, pretty quiet, and friendly service. Highly recommend visiting the spa which is pretty cheap if you're staying multiple nights!

I spent three nights at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. I received a friendly welcome at check-in, and the staff were helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, modernly furnished, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the lovely view from the balcony. The bathroom was also very well-maintained and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of fresh food – from fruit and yogurt to hot dishes. There really was something for everyone. One minor drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, so I could occasionally hear noises from the hallway. The hotel's location is ideal – centrally located yet quiet. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit.

A lovely hotel in every way! Friendly, comfortable, stylish, eco-friendly, with a fabulous breakfast buffet and only a few minutes walk from the station.
