Real Italian pizza. The best I have had in years

Huge balls, delicious homemade waffles, normal prices. Bouncy castle every day in good weather for the kids. What's not to like 👌

Great pizza, great dough. Improvement tip as a long time pizza maker, but keep in mind this is just to get the best out of it: make the sauce less watery (cook it up or use another tomato brand. Use san marzano tomatoes, add more flavor with fresh basil, salt and olive oil and blend it). Also bake the dough a bit longer (if necessary on lower temp)

Wow, simply wow! Just when you thought this will be another oil soaked wannabe bread with some undiagnosed meat in wierd combination served beside the road. You find yourself in Italy, the smell when you enter brings back memories from summer vacations in Italy, the host smiles even though she is working at impressive speed, producing one mouth watering pizza after another. The place is not small, it is cozy. The fresh basil plants is generous addet to the finished pizzas and yes we will come back for more soon 🙌 Many many kind regards and thanks for amazing dinner experience, Kris & Rose
