Gustav Lind Trapholt Kolding

We had a lovely lunch at Gustav Lind! Due to the Christmas market at Trapholt, the restaurant was very busy, and there was therefore a bit of a wait. However, the waiters were incredibly skilled at running fast and ensuring the best possible experience for the guests. The menu was simple, the food was exquisite, and there is a lovely view from the dining area. All in all, a great experience that gets my warmest recommendations.

An ideal place to have brunch in a setting with beautiful scenery, after a visit to the museum.

Nice location and decent food, but the service was very bad - waited 10 minutes for someone to even seat us, despite having lots of space - at times even after were seated there were queues of people waiting that were not let in for a while. Took some time to get to the order, which was then wrong when it was brought. There seemed to be enough staff - at least three guys serving - but they seemed to be inexperienced. Maybe management needs to think about having more and/or better servers?
