Super good food and wine. Really nice service. The terrace is also good, very green with flowers and trees. Overall, it is Roskilde's best restaurant.

Just got home from a lovely visit to the restaurant. We had a four-course meal which was served at a nice, coordinated interval. All dishes were presented in a lively way that just made you want to eat them. And it was no disappointment. Top notch. The waiter who is also the owner really understood how to make us feel comfortable. Definitely worth recommending. Quality costs money but this quality is full value for money.

Visiting this place was a complete experience. Make sure to set aside enough time for it—it's worth it. I went with my good friend Sebastian, and the food was delicious. We had plenty of time to enjoy all the courses, drink our wines, and relax without any stress. The wines paired perfectly with the food, complementing each dish beautifully. The staff was attentive to my personal wine preferences and made excellent recommendations. I really appreciated the explanations and fun facts about the wines. The ambiance was very pleasant and quiet, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or stressed by the staff. The service was splendid; they frequently checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend going there with enough time to fully enjoy the experience. P.S. I absolutely love desserts—the panna cotta with passion fruit was an incredible combination. The creaminess and sweet-sour balance were perfect! Also, the Bruschetta was so delicious, I would happily eat it again!
