Great local brew. The owner started a tab for me even though I walked in 30 minutes early. Their pils is legit

I have just been there with my grandparents and our dog, and I have absolutely nothing better to say about that place, The waiter was so kind and humorous, The food was really delicious and well taken care of, and the whole restaurant in general was really clean and really good designed, and the environment was calm and comfortable. and I especially loved how you are allowed to have your dog inside, 10/10 of a restaurant

A bit expensive and hard to get in touch with the waiters. Good food though. 👍

What a gem! OK, they have high ratings but the place still surprised positively. That West Coast IPA is definitely a hit. On the other hand, the dark IPA "sweet 'n' dandy" disappointed, which was sour (and not at all sweet). Check if it was mis-fermented? But Røde Port Bistro is 100% forgiven because of a divine pork roast sandwich 💪 As you may have seen, Jens replied immediately, and I'm now going to visit Røde Port Bistro to try the dark IPA again. Oh, how excited I am! And I'm looking forward to celebrating a birthday there - please note that they also handle parties and that you can request dishes that are not on the menu. However, the chef is the boss and makes the final decision.

Really nice place to meet up for food and/or drinks. The food is excellent and really well tasting. Choices of "Dagens Ret", Flæskestegssandwich (go for that one if you're a tourist - it's amazing) and a selection of smaller dishes. The desserts are also really nice. Nice selection of beers on draught, wines and drinks.

An outstanding establishment! Who doesn't love a craft brewery paired with fantastic food?! The menu is simple but with complex flavours and excellent presentation. The pork sandwich and beef capaccio a delicious standout. A great range of beers are available with our favourites being the tap sour, Brown Sugar and Raven Sort stout. The staff are incredibly friendly and our 2 visits were the highlight of our stay in Roskilde. The front room is also dog friendly! Happy days!

Bone's

18/10/2026: We had a good lunch at Bones in Roskilde! The food was generally good, although the ribs were a bit small in portion size. A nice bonus is the free refill of sides, including French fries and sweet potato fries — you just need to ask the staff for more. The lunch deal was also great value, with a 2-for-1 offer on meals from the menu. The American-style ambience adds to the experience and makes it a nice place for a casual meal. One downside was that our drinks order was forgotten, so we had to follow up with the staff halfway through the meal. Hopefully, the service can be a little more attentive next time. Overall, a good spot for an American-style lunch, especially if you take advantage of the 2-for-1 deal!

Rib House

16/10/2026: Great food... fast and nice service. You don't have to wait long for the food 👍
15/10/2026: Good place with ok atmosphere. Excellent service with good overview. Ordered burger, but too well done without being really hot when served. Could be a coincidence. Location good for getting around Roskilde city center
