It's a small place, but the atmosphere is nice and the latte is delicious. But the latte was actually priced at 48.40 instead of 45.

The best coffee bar in the historic part of Copenhagen. Said to be named after the Danish poet, Hans Christian Andersen.

Cozy little low-ceilinged place. Seems very compact and a bit "messy" but still exclusive. Delicious coffee and breakfast with the right Copenhagen-we-churn-our-own-butter-authenticity

Good coffee and pastries, I liked the atmosphere, quite busy even in the middle of week.

Gradually there are many small hyped coffee places and I must admit I can't always quite figure out why those places become so popular. HANS Coffee is probably one of the places and personally I didn't quite figure out what was supposed to be special here other than the attitude of the staff and lack of smiles/welcoming. Otherwise the coffee and the bun with cheese were ok but not more and the interior itself is not something you will immediately remember.

The pastries were delicious, baked in-house. The coffee was great too. Super cozy inside… unfortunately we couldn’t get a seat inside… so got our pastries and coffees to go

I picked up something which looked like almond croissant/bun. Next to the pastries, there is no info what it is and what is the price. The bun was OK but was pretty dry even with the internal filling.

Such a cute little café! The sourdough bun was amazing, and the granola yogurt was huge — definitely enough to share. We liked it so much we came back for a second breakfast during our stay in Copenhagen. Prices are fair, and even though it was quite busy, the staff were friendly and quick.
