Hals Strand Camping Aalborg

We were at Hals Strandcamping three weeks ago and had a really great time. The site is very clean and pleasantly quiet. We especially liked the pool – not too big, but with a great slide that our kids had a lot of fun on. 🏊‍♂️😊 The on-site shopping options are rather limited, and there isn't much to buy at the reception. The employee/owner didn't seem quite as friendly or cheerful as we've come to expect from other campsites – but that didn't spoil our stay. Since we were there outside of the holiday season, it was wonderfully relaxed. Besides a few permanent campers, there were maybe five to eight other campers there, so we felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. 🏕️ A real highlight is the beach: very clean, beautifully situated, and with extremely shallow water – perfect for children. Since there was hardly anything going on, we had almost the entire beach to ourselves. 🏖️✨ All in all, a very nice, quiet campsite that we can happily recommend. 👍

Good space with nice newer facilities. Inconvenient that you can't see if the toilet stalls are locked or not. It seems unpleasant to have to shake doors before finding a free stall. I would like there to be hand paper in the bathroom so you can wipe your hands after washing up.

This is my fourth time at this campsite, and definitely not the last. Always a great holiday.

A wonderfully located, very spacious campsite surrounded by nature. The facilities are clean and modern. There's a small swimming pool with a great slide for the kids. There's also a mini golf course and a small petting zoo. Overall, our stay was very peaceful and extremely pleasant. We'd love to come back!

A lovely campsite with a variety of pitches, a water point nearby, and electricity hookups for every spot. The pool is heated but feels a bit open, but once you're done, it's nice. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and it's also a lovely place for a stroll. All in all, a lovely campsite.

Its nice place with a lot of children to play, swimming pool its nice but its short time opening. Also the cafeteria open 12 and close early specially in Sunday which a little bit difficult if we need something to eat. Because all groceries is close. Toilet besides the reception area need to clean every day. The workers in reception and in cafeteria they are nice 👍 all over is fine to stay there and go around the beach..

The campsite is quite large and well-maintained. The facilities are immaculately clean and organized. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Super friendly welcome and good explanations, but we noticed that peak season was over, which was a shame for those still on holiday. Unfortunately, the pool was open from noon to 5 PM, so after a day out, we didn't have time for a dip, even though you'd think everything would still be open. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it. However, the campsite is good and clean, and the restrooms are also very neat and tidy. Very friendly staff. Delicious sandwiches.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Child-friendly beach nearby. Large swimming pool. Sometimes a bit of a queue for the showers.

Beautiful site with a pool area. A short walk to the Baltic Sea beach. The restrooms are too small for the size of the site. Showers were all taken early (I was there at 7 a.m.) and in the evening (9:30 p.m.). Not a problem, but I'm not used to it. Cleanliness also left something to be desired after all the people passing through. Some people arrive with dirty feet/shoes and make everything dirty. And they don't clean the shower after use. But that's the other people's problem, not the site's. Otherwise, great.
