We had the Hanzo experience. Highly recommended. Delicious starters, bao buns and spring rolls (vietnamese style) and a wonderful main dish. They have kids menu and outdoor sitting. The place is super nice. Coming back for sure!

A bit hectic and noisy, but good service, large portions, lots of flavors. One of the dishes so strong we couldn't eat it

I have been to Hanzo many times with my family and have not yet been disappointed with the food. It tastes really good and it does at all Hanzo restaurants. But... me and my family's experience today has been affected by many small and some slightly larger mistakes where you just think it's a shame that it has to affect the rest of the good experience. I'm making a timeline with all the things that went wrong. We have arrived, ordered our food and drinks, and are now sitting and waiting for our drinks to come. We had ordered some beers, a lemonade and some still water for the table. Here we wait for a very long 35 minutes before only our beer and lemonade come, where we remind the waiter that we had also ordered water. While we are sitting and waiting, we also notice that the glasses for our beer are not completely clean and are actually a little sticky. (We just choose to drink from the bottles instead.) We then wait another 5 minutes before our water arrives and we notice that, oh, there are no glasses for our water. Here we just manage to get hold of the waiter before she leaves and ask her if she could find us some glasses. She does and that's it. We have now been sitting for 40 minutes and then we sit for another 10 before our prawn crackers arrive. They are excellent, not much to complain about there. Once they are eaten, it is unfortunately another 40 minutes before our main courses arrive. And just as things could go a little worse, the cutlery is forgotten. We don't have time to tell the waiter before she moves on and just sits there waiting to get one. We then get one and get our cutlery, the chaos is over and we can eat without any trouble (apart from the fact that the food was a little cold). I want to reiterate that I think it's a shame that it has to affect such a fine dining experience as it always is, and that many of these things don't require much management to make this restaurant great. I would also like to say thank you for the food, because it was good.

We were welcomed with a smile and therefore the 5 stars for the atmosphere See 4 stars are given for a semi-cold red curry where it was clear that it had not been cooked through before serving. It tasted fine, but becomes a bit boring, served cold.

Really good food, takes a while but is worth the wait. Also really warm inside. There are also good drinks.

We were here on the opening day of the new location. Incredible atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff, and the food was so tasteful! We had a 10-course meal, which is very filling, so I recommend to be really hungry when you order it, otherwise you’ll be stuffed after the second serving. A lovely experience, definitely would recommend!

Super delicious and sweet employees

It takes a really long time to get food. We waited 40 minutes for starters, 1 hour for bao and 50 minutes for the big dish. And there are 3 of us. The food was really delicious but the wait was way too long. The staff is also nice.

The food was ok but nothing special. The same applies to the operation.
