The Hard Rock Cafe is always worth a visit. We only had drinks and happened to arrive right during happy hour. It's between 4 and 6 pm, when they offer selected drinks, including beer, at half price. This Hard Rock Cafe is generally quite small and manageable. The shop is also rather small, and you can get through it quickly.

The restrooms don't live up to the Hard Rock Cafe brand. They're very dirty, old, and broken. The food arrives late. The staff are friendly (except for the reception hostess). I'd like to add that the menu isn't like the HRC menu anywhere else in the world. Many items are missing. Also, we were told that many of the items on the menu left at the table were currently unavailable.

The food at Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen was, as always, very good and we really enjoyed our meal.
Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing this time. When we arrived, I mentioned that we would like to have lunch . There were at least six regular tables available, but we were told they were reserved and that we could sit at the bar instead.
We accepted a table in the bar area, assuming that if any of the reservations were cancelled or did not show up, we might be offered one of the regular tables. Unfortunately, this never happened. What made it particularly disappointing was that all of those tables remained empty throughout our entire visit and were still unoccupied when we left.
As a returning Unity by Hard Rock member and a frequent guest at Hard Rock Cafes, I found this experience especially disappointing. A little more attention and flexibility would have made a big difference.
The food was great as usual, but unfortunately the service did not live up to the Hard Rock experience I have come to expect

Centrally located, easy to get to. Fast service and excellent sandwiches. The main dining room may be a bit small, but it's still very comfortable.

Hard Rock Café in Copenhagen! It’s got a stage for a live band at eating area and the usual Hard Rock Cafe store for your memorabilia! The service staff were also exceptionally great!

Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen – Rock 'n' Roll right in the heart of the city!
Super centrally located directly on Rådhuspladsen – you couldn't ask for a better spot in Copenhagen. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were lucky and got a table even without a reservation. However, I would recommend booking in advance, especially in the evenings, as it can fill up quickly.
The food was delicious and absolutely met our expectations. Add to that the typical Hard Rock atmosphere – a perfect blend of good food, music, and a relaxed ambiance.
