Love Hart. Richard should be knighted ! 😀 when ever I am in CPH , a nice walk to Hart in the morning is how I start my day. I am addicted to the cardamom crossaint and the rye bread. Well, a puff pastry made with croissant dough and the magic blend of cardamom sugar = the best pastry on the planet. The Maillard reaction gives the dense caramelisation , absolute bliss ! The coffee is great and I always get to chat with the friendly folks from copenhagen while cherish the coffee and cardamom crossaint. You guys rock !

I had a ham and cheese on sourdough from Hart - it was the best I've ever had. Do try if you're in Copenhagen

Super good old-fashioned Mardi Gras bun. Someone might think that it was not an old-fashioned bun, but compared to their modern ones, it is old-fashioned. The cream is injected via the bottom after baking, however points for super good whipped cream

Our go to bakery during our stay in Copenhagen. We went to three different locations and everything we tried was very good and the service was great! Personally I really liked cardamom buns and can’t wait to come back for more.

The cardamom croissant was amazing! Same for the sausage rolls and the pain au chocolate. Highly recommend visiting!

Famous bar/pastry chain in the city. Their cardamom bun is unmissable, but the other options are also of excellent quality!

Best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Love the subtle salty taste which invokes even stronger honey-sweet flavour in the mouth. Wish I could learn how to make it haha. Just brilliant!

娘が住むコペンハーゲンに滞在中で、じつはこのベーカリーの２号店オペラハウス近くのウォーターフロントのお店に偶然飛び込みで 入りスモークサーモンのサンドとヘイゼルナッツのクロワッサンをいただいてそのレベルの高さにビックリした次第。 夏の時期だけバルセロナに住む僕には美味しいベーカリーがたくさん有るバルセロナの街を大いに気に入っているのだが、まさかコペンハーゲンにこんなに素晴らしい店が有るなんてと驚いた。 この店のサワードウブレッドは僕がバルセロナで最も気に入っているフォーンサンジョセップにも引けを取らないし、特にサンドイッチや甘い系のパンはサンジョセップよりも数段上。 フレゼレクスベアの店が本店でオペラハウス近くのが２号店(こちらの方が本店よりも大きい)で僕が食べたのはこちら。 とても印象深かったのでググったら何と数年前まで世界No.1を続けていたレストラン「NOMA 」のオーナーシェフレネ・レゼピがイギリスから招待して開店までヘルプしたベーカリーだと知ってヤッパリだと感じました。
