Hart Bageri Frederiksberg

It's in a lovely location, has a sweet atmosphere, and the pastries are truly incredible. I only managed to visit once during my Copenhagen trip because it was the last day, and I regret discovering this wonderful place sooner. I had a Spaunder and it was AMAZING. The Iced Latte I ordered with it was also very good, but I didn't particularly like the taste of the milk – I asked for regular cow's milk, but I'm not a big fan of cow's milk – it was still drinkable. The girl who took my order was very friendly and the service was excellent. This place definitely deserves five stars.

Such a friendly and welcoming staff. I had cardamom croissant. It is more like a danish pastry than croissant. I was expecting more cardamom flavor. It does taste like cardamom when you bite into one particle.

Food here is top quality. The pastry and cakes are better than anywhere else in Copenhagen and I've tried all the main bakeries in Copenhagen. I don't know exactly what it is but suspect the ingredients are just super fresh and high quality.

Incredible baked goods, friendly and fast service. It's worth the price.

Cardamom bun had a surprising touch of orange, but not as strong of a cardamom flavor as I expected (personal taste). My husband was a big fan of the feta and chives scone! coffee was ok

I wanted to try Hart Bageri because I'd heard so much about it. I ordered a cardamom croissant. The employee asked me if I wanted it wrapped or just tossed in a napkin. Only then did I realize there was no seating. I hadn't even noticed. The croissant was delicious, and the service was friendly. Anyone visiting should just be aware that the baked goods are primarily intended for takeaway.

Smoked salmon and dill sandwich on focaccia...

Their sandwiches, which contain only butter and cheese, are fantastic, and the bread is delicious. The desserts were also good, especially the cardomom croissant, which was excellent. The other one was supposed to be a traditional Danish dessert, but it wasn't essential.

Just eat it!! It's insane!!! Especially that flower-shaped croissant, which is their signature... Wow... The crust is like a quin yamyang, but it's even crispier, sweeter, and just crazy... The filling is delicious too. It has a slight ginger flavor. The cream tart over there was good too!!! It wasn't too sweet, and the crust was nice and crispy. You absolutely MUST go and try it!!!
