Came here on the internets recommendation, and it definitely didn't disappoint.
My favorite was the chive feta scone: firm without being rock-hard, and delicate without the chives overpowering the feta.
The citrus cinnamon bun was solid; not as sweet as I was afraid it would be. The side cake was decadent and delicious, as well.

My experience at Hart started with a mistake on an order. But the team really jumped at it and did their best to solve the issue. I have been wanting to visit Hart bakery for years, and yes - the pastries are as good as the stories say. I tried the chocolate cake, the cheese cake, the cinnamon bun, and their cardamom croissant. It's all great, and it keeps you want more.

Delicious pastries. Nice location with plenty of space, but poor service. Mediocre coffee though. It took ages to prepare and arrived cold. It was unclear whose coffee the baristas were preparing as no names were asked when ordering. Prices are on the high side, even for CPH standards.
On a side note, I was surprised to find only 1 bathroom for a cafe of this size.

Charming bakery, well worth a visit, especially on a sunny day when you can enjoy the outdoor seating and canal views.
We shared the tebirkes - a traditional pastry filled with marzipan and topped with poppy seeds - which was very tasty. The waiter who took our order was very friendly and kindly explained what was it without us even needing to ask.
The hot chocolate was also surprisingly delicious! A lovely rich flavour but not overly sweet.

Love this location as it makes you go out of your way of the busy town. The cardamon bun as most people say was really outstanding and I am not even a fan of the spice usually. The filter coffee is also super nice highly recommend. If I had more space I would have tried the sausage roll or feta scone
