It was super delicious food and a cozy place. Characteristically, they do not have more things on the menu than those they are good at making.

Absolutely fantastic to enter a place where the original was intact and the service was top notch. Clearly locals used the place and the price was so we can all join. Nice experience..

Lisbeth and Boye It was one of the strangest experiences on our trip around Funen's south side. What a welcome, what a nice host, what a nice place and not least, the prices are for everyone. The food is top notch, the service is top notch, super cozy maritime decor. We are still happy.

In summer 23 we passed by this cozy place. We got the absolute most delicious omelette in living memory. Once again, many thanks to Michael and staff for a wonderful experience. We are really looking forward to coming again. Sincerely. The fisherman and the wife from the west who could eat omelette. 🤣

Super nice Danish food. We have been here 2 times now. Both times we have left here full and satisfied. Can be highly recommended. Host, chef and Tjerner are attentive and very service minded. The restaurant is an authentic old-fashioned inn. Very cozy. Thank you for good food and. We would love to come again.

Perfekt sted til en smørrebrødsfrokost. Veltillavet og smagfuldt. Betjening i top og der er havnehyggeligt. Vi drog mætte og glade derfra og vi anbefaler Heimdal varmt.

Even with the cold water from hurricane Babet literally at the doorstep they gave a warm welcome and insisted we stay to have some diner before they closed up shop for the incoming storm. The burgers were very tasty. AND we made the local news haha.

26/03/2024: We happened to be in Cafe Laco today when we were craving a pizza on the way back from Odense to the ferry. Our three pizzas were quickly baked within 10 minutes. And we all had the same opinion... the pizzas are simply delicious. We were really excited. The price-performance ratio is right here. The service was also really friendly. The selection of dishes is huge. There should be something for everyone here. 5 stars... we'll be happy to come back the next time we're in the area.
