The sandwiches here are amazing! The bread is all sourdough, sadly they were sold out of rye but the focaccia was amazing. Great cheese and meats.

Amazing sandwiches! A real perl in Copenhagen

There is a long line of people entering this shop. But don't worry, they are busy behind the counter and are quite fast. So after a 5 minute wait it was our turn. The young man who took our order was very nice and informative. Despite the queue we didn't feel rushed. We ordered 2 baguette sandwiches. One with mayo, mortadella and various fillings, the other with pesto, mortadella and various fillings. They tasted super delicious. The bread is crispy and juicy, the filling was as it should be. These are some big sandwiches, you can easily share one.

Nice shop and very polite service, I bought a few different cheeses, the lard must have been a little "dirty" because the cheese was discolored, which I was a little sad about.

Super tasty sandwiches! Also, the staff were super friendly, even during the lunch rush. They took the time to explain what food had what ingredients and what they recommend.

We went on a friday and the focaccia was amazing. The quality of the products was amazing. We are spanish and they told us that they hoped they lived up with the expectations and they completely did it. The service was also amazing and very kind, we recommend it for sure.

Has been a customer for over 20 years. Their selection is spectacular and all those swarming around the customers live and breathe cheese and their other products. Their sandwiches are super-delicious, and it's definitely an excellent idea to let their creativity rule when you've given direction on what you really like. If, on the other hand, you would rather have a nice standard cheese for the offer of the week and a sandwich where you want to minutely control all the components + the amount of meat toppings, I would recommend Føtex on Vesterbroggade and a trip to Subway - then you will also avoid having to complain about price per kilo and other aspects that make a fantastic delicatessen special.

So... if you don't like to be stingy but you also don't like to be kicked in the ass for going in and asking for two best sellers of sandwiches with a bad Mexican beer as a sidecar for the tidy sum of DKK 419 - yes, there is rather a very neutral experience for you.
