Really nice place to come. There is nothing to come for

Impossibly cosy restaurant right by the beach in lovely Nyborg Strand. The restaurant is always busy which can make one feel a little invisible, but one is always certain that the staff is doing their best to make you feel good running from table to table. Portions are on the small side, even for a gourmet restaurant. Some dishes and part of dishes did not present themselves the best way. Expressing this to the staff did not lead to any accommodations. Excellent cheese trolley. Extensive wine list, though quite pricey. The air quality in the restaurant should be a focus area.

Have eaten both lunch and dinner here several times. The food is fantastic, the wine list is of high, high quality and the service is usually competent, friendly and personal. Love coming here!!

Fantastic food, beautiful view and good service. Lovely 3-course meal with a little extra and if you choose coffee you will get delicious petit fours.

We came here to eat during our holiday. Tipped by the guide on Denmark that we consulted. A total experience of delicious and beautifully presented food, in a very beautiful place. And what lifted everything to a higher level was the enthusiastic explanation and service of the lady of the house. Very authentic! We had a super nice evening. Thanks! From the first step into the restaurant, you can feel that something special awaits. The atmosphere is calm and refined, and the aroma from the kitchen arouses curiosity. We were welcomed by the waiters and chefs in the kitchen. The first course arrives like a small work of art – precisely prepared, full of color and finesse. The taste surprises. Each bite balances the delicate with the deep, the crispy with the creamy. The ingredients speak for themselves, but in the hands of the kitchen they become poetry. The wines are carefully matched and lift each serving as a perfect accompaniment. The waiters move silently and attentively – present without disturbing. The evening ends with a dessert that almost melts away, but leaves a memory. You leave feeling full – not only in body, but in soul. Thank you for a wonderful experience Lieffroy

Now that you're spending a good 1000 kroner on food and drinks, you might as well serve a round of ice cream on the house when you're forgotten this year.

What an evening - This is food at the highest level. We were simply blown away by one fantastic dish after another. All dishes were carefully thought out in everything from taste to visuals and all wines are carefully matched to suit the individual dish. A small place that doesn't make a big deal of itself. You have to know what you're looking for. Allergies or other elements that you want to avoid have been taken care of well, and the staff knew immediately who should have what. The only small niggle was that there was perhaps just the bottom of the wine in the glass, when it should last between the dishes and under the dish it was intended for. The portion sizes are also just on the upper side, when you get 7 dishes plus the loose - but that's a "luxury problem"

Really a wonderful place. The food and wines are top class. It is an exquisite pleasure to eat there. The food offers surprising combinations and flavors you didn't know before. Really lovely and inspiring... And the service is top notch. Very nice staff who have taken "service" to a whole new level. Very fantastic!

We visited the place at the beginning of March 2025. The restaurant is super cozy, and is located in some fantastic surroundings with a view of the water. The service was overall really good, however we waited far too long for the waiter to come and take our order - which is the reason why 5 stars cannot be given for the service. The food, on the other hand, was sublime. We had 7 dishes, and each dish was worth 10/10 points. Normally you want a favorite dish after such a meal, but here we could not point out one specific dish, as everything was almost perfect. I would like to come again.
