Hiko Sandwich Frederiksberg

I love your sandwiches, but maybe your employees need to be reminded of the do's and don'ts regarding hygiene. The young woman behind the counter was sweeping/washing the floor with gloves on in the back room when I came in. She then goes and washes her hands with the gloves on (just water, no soap) and is about to make my sandwich. She only changes when I ask her if she doesn't change her gloves before she starts making my sandwich. It probably wouldn't have happened if the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration had come for an inspection.. Get it fixed, it's unhygienic. But my sandwich tasted (as always) delicious!

Always so delicious and fresh! It happens quite often that I go and "crave" a HIKO sandwich.
