My stars go to the falafel which is world class, even after the 3rd visit! As far as I understood the owner when I chatted with him last time, it was his father who opened the legendary falafel stall in Christiania back in the 80s/90s and it is the same recipe he uses as back then. Of course, it can be difficult to get verified just like that, but whatever it is, he makes a furiously good falafel. By the way, my 9-year-old daughter really liked it too ☺️ An overlooked gem in the middle of Hillerød's most unattractive hood 😀

I visited HKM Indistri Falafel & Kebab in Hillerød for a takeaway after hearing good reviews from my network. They truly offer great food, especially their falafel and shawarma, which are delicious and full of flavor. The prices are also reasonable, and the owner is friendly and knows how to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for a quality falafel and shawarma shop in the area. No much space to dine inn.
