BEST DURUM I have tasted in many, many years. Fresh ingredients and super fresh and very tasty swarma meat. Can recommend that you drive by, even if you have to take a big detour .. it's worth it

The man who runs this place is a true enthusiast. The best falafels I have ever had. He made me a Lepinja with cevapi, ajvar and kajmak. It was awesome. I was unfamiliar with all the major ingredients, but is made with love and quality ingredients. Will be back.

"It's going to be the best falafel you've ever tasted". It's like opening a big loaf of bread. But I lie down flat. He was right, no more, no less. Hidden Gem, as one writes is absolutely correct, because the shop doesn't appear flashy at all. But the food and the owner, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, are fantastic. The hidden gem! You won't find a place in Denmark that cares so much about ingredients and quality. The owner is always nice and smiling. If you want the best falafel and shawarma, you should definitely try this place.

Exceptional kebab mechanic! I have to stop by him every time I'm in Hillerød as it's something I look forward to eating! It's expectedly fatty food but tastes so good that I don't care. Don't expect a low-fat spelt bun with fantasy meat and skyr dressing.

21/11/2025: A fantastic port wine evening. The food and chef Martin in particular should be highlighted! You have to look for such good and tasty food for a long time. Truly exquisite and tasty food that far exceeds what you can expect in this price range. The meat was so tender that we agreed that we have never had anything better, and the other dishes were also of high, high quality. The service was a bit slow with unclaimed service, lack of answers to questions, etc., but this was clearly offset by the exquisite food.

27/09/2025: An absolutely fantastic place, very tasty and beautiful open sandwiches and good coffee/cake. We sat outside and enjoyed both the most beautiful autumn weather and being able to sit a little to ourselves. Great atmosphere, lots of smiles - we will be back.
