REALLY good baker who doesn't just bake whole milk french bread. Lots of good, slightly different things that stay fresh for several days including delicious sourdough bread with a twist.

Good baker, but getting tired of always coming to a closed door because they stay closed at times and times when it suits them (outside of holidays or normal closing times). It is now something we have experienced really many times, and it is tiring when you live outside the city and have driven for it. Answer: I don't know what it would help to take a picture of your opening hours? My point is precisely that you cannot count on your opening hours, because you often deviate from them and keep the shop completely closed for longer periods.
