Overall a great place with great service, attentive staff and good vibes. I came at 20:45, but I was still allowed to choose whatever I liked. Food was very good and done in moderation. I would describe the food as subtle and dreamy. One starter dish were Italian vegetables which had a hint of bitterness. Maybe this would not fit some people and not the people who pay 450dkk for the 4 course I got.

I have never eaten as well as here! You absolutely have to stop by and try the delicious dishes. The service is perfect and it's really nice to watch the chefs at work. Simply impressive. Not only the food but also the cocktails were amazing!

Please go to this restaurant! It was a unique experience with great food, wonderful service and awesome cocktails. Price performance was also more than fair. Many thanks to the Holly team for this experience!

The premises are cozy and have very good acoustics Although we were a rather large group, we did not sit crowded together or close to the next tables, but with plenty of space around us. Service was good and service remembered and attentive so you didn't have to wait for them they had time and they were definitely not greasy with the bread. We will definitely be back

25/02/2024: Went for a quick cocktail before dinner. The bar staff João and Cem helped with drink recommendations. The drinks were superb and would recommend anyone looking for a great cocktail and mixology to give this place a try. It was my birthday and they also gave me a complimentary whisky and made it a special experience. The bartenders also made something off menu that was simply delicious. Will be back and will try the food as well next time. Thanks for a great drink and great service. Will be back again.
20/02/2024: Cozy little cocktail bar with great food. I highly recommend coming here for the 7 or 10 course dinner. The cocktails are well done and fair priced.
